"Easy Execution" Multigrain Flatbread

Servings: 12 units


  • 250 g Multigrain Flatbread Base (RD-0892)
  • 250 g Flour all-purpose
  • 340 ml Water
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) Olive oil OR melted unsalted butter


  • Place the top rack of the oven in the center and place a cookie tin on it
  • Preheat oven and tin to 550ºF
  • Mix the ingredients to bring the dough together like a cookie dough (30 seconds - 1 minute)
  • Divide into 72g / 2.5oz and shape into boules
  • Flatten each boule with a floured roller pin on a floured surface, to a 7-8 inch circle
  • Let the flattened pieces rest for 5-10 minutes
  • Bake for 2 minutes on each side on the hot tin
  • Let cool on a rack for a few minutes
