All Oat Muffins

Ingredients

  • 50 lb All Oat Muffin Mix (RD-0808)
  • 11 lb Eggs whole
  • 14.25 lb Liquid Milk
  • 8 lb Vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together for 1 minute on low; scrape
  • Mix for an additional 3 minutes on medium
  • Bake at 400ºF / 200ºC for approximately 20 minutes for average sized muffins (60g -1/4 cup batter)

All Oat Cookies

Ingredients

  • 50 lb All Oat Muffin Mix (RD-0808)
  • 13.25 lb Butter Semi salt
  • 5.5 lb Eggs whole
  • 1.75 lb Water

Instructions

  • Mix the dry mix and butter until it is broken up into pea sized pieces
  • Add eggs and water
  • Mix on low for 1 minute
  • Bake at 350ºF / 175ºC for approximately 20 minutes for mid-sized soft cookies (50g)
