Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the operator operates various equipment used for mixing while ensuring product quality. The position holder will work closely with the quality manager to adhere to customer standards and requirements. The tasks of this operator will depend on the daily needs of the factory.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare blends
  • Monitor equipment during production and make necessary corrections to ensure operational efficiency and product safety
  • Complete production reports accurately
  • Ensure proper functioning of equipment (blocking or other measures)
  • Clean production equipment
  • Operate a forklift
  • Perform any other tasks as requested by immediate supervisor


  • Adhere to current hygiene and sanitation standards
  • Take required samples
  • Follow allergen and non-conforming product management procedures

Key Requirements:

  • High school diploma (DES) or equivalent
  • Experience in a food or agri-food factory as an operator
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a production equipment operator in a manufacturing environment
  • Reliability, precision, and diligence in performing duties
  • Good physical condition / no allergies to dust, and a team player
